This policy explains how Anvil Edtech Private Limited ("we", "us"), CIN U85499TS2026PTC221008, Plot No. 83, Boduppal, Medchal–Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, Telangana 500092, handles the details you share with us on anviledtech.com, through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, or by WhatsApp, phone or email. It covers our sales enquiries only. Each platform we run (such as AP Groups Hub, AP Police Hub, TS Police Hub and Vidyalaya) has its own privacy policy.

What we collect

• The details you give us: your name, mobile number, email (if given), institute or school name, city, number of students, teaching languages and any message.
• Where your enquiry came from, such as the ad or link you clicked (UTM tags).
• Basic website usage through the Meta Pixel, which tells us whether visits and enquiries came from our Facebook and Instagram ads.

How we use it

• To call, WhatsApp or email you about your enquiry and to prepare a demo.
• To understand which ads work, so we can improve them.

We do not sell your details. We do not share them with anyone except the services that help us run this, such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and Google (where enquiries are stored), under their own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case our client agreement applies.

Your choices and rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will act on it within 30 days.
